This is the second inspection I’ve had done by this company. I can’t say enough about the integrity of everyone who works there. Mike did my inspection this time and he is the most down to earth and courteous person to deal with - even the owners of the property were impressed and want to use them for their new build. My previous inspection went just as wonderfully, however our deal fell through. We weren’t able to use them for our next home because it was in NC - we were so disappointed because the quality of service and the integrity was not there. Please don’t hesitate to use them. They excel in their field and will not disappoint!

We've had a few home inspections over the years and I was impressed with the communication and report from Candid compared to others we've experienced. Went under the house today to start a new project and found this when looking for the water shut off. It's these little touches that are so nice.

They came out within days of my call to them. They did every inspection that was needed and additional ones that we wanted that were not required for closing, but, we wanted. They gave very detailed explanations of their findings and recommendations. Excellent work.
